Lawyers for doctors challenging President Obama’s health care plan got a thorough examination by the Third U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Wednesday during oral arguments in Newark.
The panel also pressed the government for a clear definition of the “injury-in-fact” that the plaintiffs failed to meet and so were found to lack standing.
