Judge David Rubin, a former veteran prosecutor and current four-year member of the San Diego County Superior Court bench, was elected the California Judges Association’s 80th president on June 7.
Rubin, 53, will be sworn into a one-year term on Sept. 18. He will replace the current president, San Bernardino County Superior Court Judge Keith Davis.
