Tower Snow Takes His Comeback to Cooley

SAN FRANCISCO — Two years into his professional comeback, former Brobeck Chairman Tower Snow Jr. is leaving Howard Rice for Cooley.

Cooley announced Snow is joining as a partner in the securities litigation group.
