The state Supreme Court has agreed for the third time to hear an appeal in a nearly 20-year-old class action suit against H&R Block over the way it administered its now-defunct "Rapid Refund" program.
The court granted allocatur on May 25, almost exactly one month after the litigation entered its nineteenth year.
