Michael Lee, a former Salt Lake City–based Howrey appellate litigation partner elected to the U.S. Senate from Utah last year, has released his financial disclosure form for 2010.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports that Lee, a Republican and at 39 the Senate’s youngest member, is also one of the legislative body’s least wealthy members. Lee’s financial disclosure form is the first one he’s filed since joining the Senate in January after beating Democrat Sam Granato to assume the seat previously held by three-term incumbent Robert Bennett, who joined Arent Fox earlier this year.
