A bankruptcy judge decided Monday that the trustee who took over Scott Rothstein’s defunct law firm can question the imprisoned ex-law firm chairman on a limited basis.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Raymond Ray asked attorneys for trustee Herbert Stettin to draft an order by May 12 granting them access to Rothstein. He denied access to news media but said a transcript would be made available.
