SAN FRANCISCO — Plaintiffs in the Proposition 8 case came to the defense of former U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker today, firing back against a motion to force him to hand over his video recording of the trial.
The plaintiffs also seized the opportunity to ask that the court unseal the trial recordings.
