A team of San Francisco Bay Area Baker & McKenzie attorneys represented Chilean wine company Concha y Toro in its $238 million acquisition of a number of brands from Brown-Forman Corp.
The Baker team included Palo Alto, Calif., partner Matthew Gemello; San Francisco partners Emery Mitchell, Gary Shapiro and Douglas Young; and Santiago partner Leon Larrain. Associate Justine Belytschko also worked on the deal.
