A state district judge has ordered Houston plaintiffs lawyer George Fleming and his firm, Fleming & Associates, to disgorge 32 percent of the fees they charged 10 fen-phen clients.
The judge ordered disgorgement after a jury found Fleming and his firm breached a fiduciary duty to the clients.
