Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe on Monday announced it will be opening a new office in Munich, its fourth in Germany, with eight lawyers from Holme Roberts & Owen.
Jens Roehrborn, who focuses on M&A and capital markets, particularly in the technology area, and Joerg Ritter, who handles M&A, venture capital, private equity transactions, restructuring and tax issues, will be joining as partners. Coming aboard with them are two of counsel, four associates and two paralegals from Holme Roberts & Owen Germany, Orrick said. The group has worked with TVM Capital, among other venture capital and private equity clients.
