I am a proud “alpha girl”[FOOTNOTE 1] of Gen Y and a litigation associate in a Manhattan-based law firm. I grew up with the fruits of feminism and am privileged to reap the plums of my grandmother’s and mother’s years in the proverbial trenches. When it comes to mentors, I am well-nourished by the know-how of more experienced, talented women in the law and beyond. I highlight here several particularly inspiring ones.
