SAN FRANCISCO — A San Jose jury sided with Marvell Semiconductor Inc. today in the trade secrets case that starred a voice mail left accidentally on a rival’s answering machine by Marvell’s former general counsel.
After two weeks of deliberations, the Santa Clara County jury found that Marvell did not acquire or misappropriate trade secrets from Jasmine Networks Inc.
