Christopher DiAngelo, the former cochair of Dewey & LeBoeuf‘s structured finance group, is leaving the firm to join Katten Muchin Rosenman‘s New York office along with at least 12 other attorneys.

DiAngelo, who started his legal career as a summer associate at predecessor firm Dewey Ballantine in 1983, says the move started to take shape over the summer when some members of his group touted Katten’s credentials.
