The 2010 International Workplace Productivity Survey, recently commissioned by LexisNexis, suggests that information overload is becoming a growing problem for the world’s legal community.
The survey of 600 legal professionals in five countries — the United States, China, South Africa, United Kingdom and Australia — finds that nearly 50 percent of all legal workers surveyed have become demoralized at work, leaving them unable to manage all the information that comes their way.
