The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey pays female attorneys in non-supervisory roles “thousands of dollars less” than their male counterparts, according to a federal suit filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The action also claims the agency illegally discharged two women lawyers in their mid- to late-50s in favor of “young fresh faces.”
