The 3rd District Court of Appeal for the State of Florida found Florida’s ban on adoptions by gays unconstitutional Wednesday by siding with a Miami-Dade circuit court ruling in favor of a foster parent whose application was denied solely because he is gay.
Within hours, Gov. Charlie Crist said the state will stop enforcing the law.
