Pauciulo as a member in its Philadelphia office on Sept. 10. He left White & Williams, where he was chair of the corporate practice group. In late August, Philadelphia-based Duane Morris brought aboard Richard P. Jaffe from Ballard Spahr. But is corporate transaction work really on the verge of reigniting? That depends on what you mean by "on the verge."
