After a lull of nearly two years, lateral movement among corporate lawyers has begun to stir in the last few weeks.

The latest firm to bolster its corporate practice is Pittsburgh-based Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, which added John W. Pauciulo as a member in its Philadelphia office on Sept. 10.
