After serving a three-month time-out for not telling his law partners about a bonus he received from a satisfied client, veteran torts litigator David Gross has been reinstated to practice. The suspension was ordered in May, when the New Jersey Supreme Court found clear and convincing evidence of conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation but insufficient evidence of actions that would warrant disbarment. Gross, who received the bonus while at Budd Larner, is now with the Saiber law firm.

After serving a three-month time-out for not telling his law partners about a bonus he received from a satisfied client, veteran torts litigator David Gross has been reinstated to practice.
In an order entered Aug. 8 and made public Wednesday, the New Jersey Supreme Court said that Gross, whose suspension began June 2, be restored to the practice of law, effective immediately.
