The UCLA School of Law has launched an Internet-based law forum with the International Criminal Court that focuses on the prosecution of war criminals. The Human Rights & International Criminal Law Online Forum, launched this week, is spearheaded by Richard Steinberg, a law professor at UCLA and director of the law school's Sanela Diana Jenkins Human Rights Project. The forum, operated by six students in one of the project's clinics, grew out of conversations that Steinberg had with ICC Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo.
