King & Spalding on Tuesday added a mergers and acquisitions partner to its New York office specializing in the energy sector from Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
Crayton L. Bell will practice as a partner in the Atlanta-based firm’s global energy transaction practice. Bell in a statement said he looked forward “to helping the firm perform high-level work for energy companies and the financial institutions that invest in them.”
