This time last year, Joel B. Rosen couldn’t wait to start his new position as general counsel for the Cooper Health System.
“I think this is going to be invigorating and challenging. I’m going to learn a lot, and I’m going to try to be helpful,” Rosen told The Legal Intelligencer last August, as he prepared to leave behind his alternative dispute resolution practice at Philadelphia-based Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads and take over the GC role at Camden, N.J.-based Cooper starting Oct. 1, 2009.
