The recent Jimmy Fallon sex discrimination scandal -- in which a stage manager claims he was fired by the comedian and replaced by a less qualified woman -- is a sign of the times, according to employment attorneys, who say men are getting more comfortable about complaining that they've been mistreated at work because of their sex. According to the EEOC, between 1990 and 2009, the percentage of sexual harassment claims filed by men doubled, from 8 percent to 16 percent of all claims.
