The Ohio Supreme Court Tuesday indefinitely suspended from the practice of law a former general counsel who was convicted of several felony counts.
The court took the middle ground, rejecting a disciplinary panel’s recommendation for a lesser penalty, while also rejecting the Cincinnati Bar Association’s push for permanent disbarment. Ohio is one of only 10 states that allow permanent disbarment.
