The Obama administration has released the annual list of those who work in the White House and how much money they make, which shows their pay freeze is still in effect.

White House Counsel Robert Bauer tops the list of legal staff at $172,200, the same salary that his predecessor, Gregory Craig, was earning this time last year. Four deputy counsel make $158,500: Susan Davies, Mary DeRosa, Kathryn Ruemmler and Donald Verrilli. Associate counsel make $130,500.
