A California man must undergo counseling for repeated racist and sexist remarks if he wants to be with his kids. A split appellate court ruled Tuesday that the man's angry outbursts about women and minorities made it difficult, if not impossible, to implement a plan to reunite him with his twin daughters. A lower court noted that, among other incidents, the father called a social worker a "bitch woman" who should go back to Iran. He also told a black investigator to "go back to Africa."
