William McGrane, whose firm represents a group that bought claims against SonicBlue, is now pointing the finger at Morrison & Foerster, which he claims had a "hidden agenda" in the case. He contends MoFo sought to protect Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman because the two firms are owners and managers of a malpractice carrier potentially on the hook because of Pillsbury's work for Sonic Blue.
