Q: I have been looking for a lateral position for some time and have had several interviews, both for firm and in-house positions. In three instances I have received no response from the firm/company with whom I interviewed, despite follow-up e-mails on my part. I find it very odd that someone would completely fail to respond to a person they have interviewed. Is this a new HR procedure or should I take this personally?
