With an overflowing number of attorneys both new and old fighting for fewer positions in this new marketplace, more law school graduates may decide to start a new firm fresh out of school. While it is not as simple as hanging out a shingle, with the right planning it is possible to take your shiny diploma and to start a law firm directly out of law school, says attorney Adam Seth Turk. For those new graduates who take on such a challenge, Turk has some tips on things such as how to learn the skills you'll need.
