Holland & Knight has brought in Seth A. Cohen as a partner from Arnall Golden Gregory to build its corporate practice, making him the leader for its corporate team in Atlanta.
Robert S. Highsmith Jr., the executive partner for Holland & Knight’s Atlanta office, said recruiting Cohen is part of the firm’s plan to re-energize its corporate team in Atlanta. “We’re very excited about Seth.
