A federal judge in Trenton, N.J., has refused to dismiss a suit by Levinson Axelrod against a former associate who set up a “gripe site” to trash the firm.
On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Anne Thompson denied most of Edward Heyburn’s motion to dismiss the suit, Levinson Axelrod v. Heyburn, 09-cv-5627, over his “Levinson Axelrod Really Sucks” site, which targets the Edison-based personal injury firm where he worked from 1998 until 2004.
