In the 40 years since Richard Haynes and Michael Boone formed their Dallas-based partnership, Haynes and Boone, LLP has grown into a full-service law firm with about 550 lawyers in its 12 global offices. In addition to its six Texas locations, Haynes and Boone has expanded nationally and globally, with offices in New York, California, District of Columbia, Mexico City, and Moscow.

Much of the firm’s work involves litigation, and e-discovery plays a huge role. Haynes and Boone is using Stratify’s hosted solution, Legal Discovery, to assess and analyze third-party data collections and other matters involving outside counsel. However, the firm lacked an effective tool to intelligently examine internal investigations and proprietary information received from clients and cull the extraneous information so that regulatory agencies and other third parties only see the data that is relevant to the case involved.
