A former shareholder at Epstein Becker & Green claims that the law firm committed fraud and balked on an agreement to return his capital contribution when he left in 2006.
Thomas Brown, now a partner with Brown Gitt Law Group in Pasadena, Calif., filed a lawsuit on April 16 in Los Angeles County, Calif., Superior Court, alleging that Epstein Becker unlawfully induced him to sign over portions of his paycheck as capital contribution.
