GenCounsel, a legal services company started in 2009 in Philadelphia to provide outsourced general counsel services, added seven attorneys to the two-person start up.

GenCounsel was co-founded by Steven J. Feder and John E. Parker, former general counsel for local companies as well as former attorneys in Pepper Hamilton and Morgan Lewis & Bockius, respectively.

The company said Thursday it added Bill Brady, Al Bristow, Kacey Cahill, Rob Gunther, Bob Hecht, Michael Nachman and Peter Ritz.
