Fish & Richardson announced it was hiring five Darby lawyers, including its most recent managing partner, Robert C. Sullivan Jr. Darby said Friday that it would begin the process of dissolving after the 115-year-old IP boutique was unable to seal a deal for a merger with several law firms, including Saul Ewing.
