Former Apple Inc. GC Daniel Cooperman is back from a short retirement, rejoining Bingham McCutchen. His first day as of counsel was Tuesday.
The 59-year-old left Apple at the end of September after two years. He was replaced there by former Intel Corp. general counsel Bruce Sewell. Before Apple, Cooperman was general counsel at Oracle Corp. for 11 years.
