An attorney suspected in an automobile insurance fraud ring was arrested on Thursday by investigators for the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office.
Vadim Schar, 40, was arrested at his home in Encino, Calif. He has been charged with 16 counts of insurance fraud and four counts of possession of illegal narcotics, including cocaine, methamphetamine, concentrated cannabis and marijuana.
