Italian firm Macchi di Cellere Gangemi has bulked up its practices with 15 lateral hires over the past two months, including six partners.

Four of the partners have joined from local rival Grimaldi e Associati, with banking and finance partners Claudia Bruscaglioni and Germana Cassar joining in Milan alongside Alessandro Sergio, who was a senior associate at his previous firm but joins as a partner. Grimaldi corporate partner Andrea de Santis joins as a partner in Rome.
