A former secretary at Drinker Biddle & Reath‘s Washington, D.C., office has sued the firm over overtime pay.

Shawn Havrilla, represented by Arlington, Va., solo practitioner Nils Peterson, worked at Drinker Biddle between 2006 and 2008. In her complaint, filed last week at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, she claims she was required to work more than 40 hours per week without proper compensation.
