A federal appeals panel has declined to overturn a cap on attorney fees ordered by Eastern District of New York Judge Jack B. Weinstein in the Zyprexa multidistrict litigation.
The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction to hear the interlocutory appeal filed by the Mulligan Law Firm of Dallas.
