The newest partner at 11-lawyer Tucker Law Group is former Pepper Hamilton litigator Kay Kyungsun Yu. Name partner Joe H. Tucker Jr. said Yu will help the firm provide broader services to its labor and employment clients by adding the new component of ERISA litigation and employee benefits experience. It was the fee structure and the ability to represent a broader client base that helped Yu decide to leave Pepper Hamilton after five years, she said. Including Yu, Tucker has added four attorneys in the last year.
