Five Tew Cardenas partners are leaving the Miami-based firm to form a new law firm that specializes in complex litigation, bankruptcy, receiverships and fraud work. Managing partner Thomas Lehman and four other Tew Cardenas partners anticipate opening the firm by the end of the month. Partner Lawrence Kellogg said he expects the firm to open with at least 10 lawyers, and a number of others possibly coming from Tew Cardenas. "We just want to start with a small, dynamic group and have some fun," said Kellogg.
