A federal judge on Monday said she would issue restraints against a disgruntled former associate of Levinson Axelrod who has been using the Internet to trash the Edison, N.J.-based firm.

U.S. District Judge Anne Thompson did not specify what those restraints against Edward Heyburn will be, but she said they would be set out in an order and opinion within a few days.
