Kirkland & Ellis partner Barry Irwin got a rocket-docket experience last week in Chicago, but not in the good way.
Irwin filed a lawsuit on behalf of a gaming client against talk show celebrity Montel Williams over a poker venture gone sour, only to see the case dismissed a mere 48 hours later, along with some judicial finger-wagging and a potential fine.
