An 83-year-old Detroit area attorney has been suspended after female clients claimed he asked them to pay their legal bills with sex.
The Attorney Discipline Board suspended Murdoch Hertzog of St. Clair Shores, Mich., for 180 days on Nov. 23 after three former clients testified he told them he would forgive or discount their legal bills if they engaged in sex acts.
