Beyond the big-picture issue of online legal research displacing books, the Judicial Branch last week revealed plans to close six of the state’s 16 law libraries by early next year. Though the locations have not been revealed publicly, “we’re looking at the smaller locations around the state,” said Chief Court Administrator Judge Barbara Quinn.
