Federal prosecutors have filed criminal charges against 14 individuals in connection with the government's insider-trading investigation of the Galleon Group hedge fund, one of whom is an associate at Ropes & Gray: Arthur Cutillo, a litigation associate in the firm?s New York office. Another individual arrested in the investigation, Michael Kimelman, a trader and founding partner of Incremental Capital, previously worked as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell.
