The trial of former Bear Stearns hedge fund managers Ralph Cioffi and Matthew Tannin begins Tuesday with jury selection in a federal courthouse in Brooklyn.

The upcoming trial, to be heard before U.S. District Court Judge Frederic Block, has been likened to the latest test case for Wall Street justice after the Enron, Tyco and WorldCom prosecutions several years ago.
