Southern District of New York Judge Harold Baer Jr. is not budging on his insistence that attorney’s fees of 20 percent are high enough in the litigation over collusion in the modeling agency business.

Baer last week refused a request by lawyers for the models, who in 2004 won a hard-fought settlement with the Wilhelmina Model Agency and nine other agencies, to increase fees from the slightly more than $4.3 million already awarded.
