Saul Ewing has made official its ties to the Chinese market, creating an alliance with Beijing-based Concord & Partners. Under the terms of the alliance, Saul Ewing clients with business operations in China will be referred to lawyers at Concord. Similarly, Concord will refer its clients to Saul Ewing on matters arising under U.S. law. "It's a way for a firm like us, that isn't going to open an office in China anytime soon," to have a presence in the country, said Saul Ewing managing partner David Antzis.
