Craig T. Kimmel and Robert M. Silverman, founders of one of the largest lemon law practices in the northeastern United States, have received suspensions from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, but those suspensions have been stayed.
The court issued orders Monday for Kimmel and Silverman to each receive a 90-day suspension from practicing in Pennsylvania but added that each suspension would be “stayed in its entirety.”
